Open Roles:

Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

· Perform general maintenance and repairs across greenhouse, warehouse, and office spaces

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (lighting, outlets, basic wiring)

· Handle plumbing and water systems, including irrigation, leaks, and drainage

· Assist with HVAC maintenance and basic repairs

· Complete painting, patching, and facility upkeep as needed

· Repair and maintain equipment, tools, and structures

· Identify maintenance issues proactively and recommend solutions

· Support seasonal setup and breakdown (greenhouse prep, displays, etc.)

· Coordinate with leadership on larger repairs or outside contractors when needed

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

· Experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related field

· Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

· Comfortable using tools and equipment safely

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

· Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, seasonal conditions)
